In a nutshell

Face-to-face meetings and conferences are being replaced by video conferences, the departmental round becomes a virtual weekly, and the brief conversation at the printer becomes a virtual coffee break. Remote work is changing our everyday working lives from the ground up. Many companies are currently in the process of changing to a corporate culture characterized by remote work. This change involves many changes for all sides, often accompanied by reservations. In our interactive workshop, we address the relevant topics and provide an interactive and playful introduction to the new working world. How do I organize my working day correctly? What do I have to pay attention to? Which tools can help me in my daily tasks and how do I organize coordination rounds and workshops when my colleagues are available at different times?

The procedure

After an onboarding on the topic of digital collaboration, we run through an interactive remote readiness check together with the participants and thus uncover possible starting points to further professionalise and anchor the topic in their own company. 

In the course of this, we sensitise the participants to important issues that are relevant in the context. 

We also share our experience from several years of remote work and provide useful impulses on the topic of prerequisites for successful remote working, support through selected tools, asynchronous collaboration and the topic of work-life blending.

At the end, all participants have a sound understanding of the topic of remote work and know relevant starting points for getting themselves and their team to perform at their best in this context.
